I’m a HUGE fan of breakfast. For me, breakfast sets the tone for my entire day. If I have a skimpy breakfast (or even worse, no breakfast) it usually spirals me into a day of endless snacking, boredom hunger and exhaustion! The same goes for the women that I work with. Very often their midday snacking, uncontrollable cravings and hunger are actually due to the fact that their breakfast just didn’t cut it. With that being said, sometimes it’s easy to hit a breakfast rut! We’re busy, we’re usually running out the door and sometimes coffee just takes priority!
