Where We Start
We start with an in-depth initial session lasting up to 90 minutes. During this call we’ll dive deep into your history, your goals, and your priorities. Together we’ll come up with a customized plan to get you moving toward your goals. You’ll leave this session feeling excited, motivated and confident for the months to come!
During our sessions we will review your progress and goals, troubleshoot challenges, and develop ongoing strategies to keep you consistently moving toward your goals. Your follow-up sessions will keep you accountable and motivated during the months that we work together.
Private Client Portal & App
Communication with me is easy, fast and convenient with a secure, private portal and smartphone app. You can schedule appointments, hop on video calls, complete forms and review documents right from your phone. You can also use the app to track your food, your progress and message me with questions and concerns whenever you need to.
As a client you have unlimited access to me through private messaging on your app. Whether your looking for some meal ideas, trying to strategize a party or a night out, or you’re just feeling like you need some extra support, I’m ways available in between your regular face to face sessions.
Food & Lifestyle Journal
Rather than focusing on calorie counting and strict meal plans, we focus on building healthy habits and lifestyle changes that make sense for your life. Through your private client portal and app you can track your food, thoughts and activities in your private journal. I provide ongoing feedback, suggestions and troubleshooting based on your journal entries in between sessions.
