Comprehensive Initial Session
We start with an in-depth initial session up to 75 minutes. During this call we’ll dive into your history, goals and priorities. Together we’ll come up with a customized plan to get you started. You’ll leave this session feeling excited, confident and motivated for the months to come!
Bi-weekly Coaching Sessions
During our face-to-face sessions we’ll review your progress and goals, troubleshoot challenges, and work on strategies to keep you consistently moving toward your goals.
Private Client Portal & App
Communication with me is easy, fast and convenient with a secure, private portal and smartphone app.
Through my client portal you have 24/7 access to me through messaging support as well as access to all related materials that I share with you. You can complete forms, review documents and ask questions all in one place.
Daily Support & Accountability
Your private client portal will include visual food journaling review and feedback as well as 24/7 messenger access to me. Whether you’re looking for meal ideas, strategizing a night out or just needing some extra support- I’m always available in between regular sessions.
Weekly Check-In Forms
Each week I’ll send you a check-in form so that you can reflect on your progress, celebrate wins and strategize for the new week ahead.
