Hi, I’m Jamie! I’m a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, a mom, a wife, and a food lover! I’m a firm believer that you don’t need to starve yourself, cut out the foods that you love or follow a crazy meal plan in order to be your healthiest self. My passion is showing women just like you how to stop dieting, understand food, and trust your body so you can feel your absolute best at a weight that feels good.
